About Me

My Story

I came to energy healing and coaching as most do; I needed healing and coaching myself! For the past 16 years I have enjoyed learning and practicing many healing modalities. I've learned that all of these modalities come together as one combined practice for each individual Coach.

Although I call myself a Healer and Coach, I am merely a guide, a facilitator, and a channel. Your Higher Self, your team, directs the sessions. It is my hope that you will not only come away from each session with healing, knowledge and inspired action items towards your goals, but that you will learn how to clear the blocks yourself. We all need help sometimes, though!
